1. Introduction Welcome to PDFix! This Privacy Policy explains how MSK Code collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Data Collection and Usage We prioritize your privacy. Most PDF processing (including compression, merging, and image conversion) happens locally on your device. We do NOT upload your personal files to our servers for these features.

3. Third-Party Services We use third-party services to enhance your experience:

• Google AdMob: Used for advertisements. AdMob may collect basic analytics and device identifiers in accordance with their privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: Used to securely process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• ConvertAPI: For the "Office to PDF" feature, your Office documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt) are temporarily and securely sent to ConvertAPI servers for conversion. These files are strictly used for the conversion process and are immediately deleted from their servers afterwards.

4. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the application.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using PDFix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Subscriptions & Premium PDFix offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Content You retain all rights to the files you process using PDFix. We do not claim ownership of your documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use and modify the documents you process through the app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MSK Code does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall MSK Code be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.
